With 25 years of industry experience and a focus on FCRA and industry compliance, Kym Kurey is a new Vital4 Strategic Account Manager. has built and rolled out two CRAs and led both operations and sales teams throughout her career. With a “NO is not an option!” and a people-first/team-based attitude, Kym will either find or create a solution for any situation or challenge. When she’s not working, Kym runs her not-for-profit and tries not to yell at her grandsons’ baseball umpires.
Michael Gain has over 12 years of experience in the identity validation and background screening markets and is a new Vital4 Senior Account Executive. Having worked first as an Account Manager and then as an Enterprise-focused Business Development Executive for some of the best CRAs, including ChoicePoint, EBI, InfoMart, and most recently Accurate Background, Michael has extensive industry knowledge and experience in designing and implementing background screening and drug testing programs and protocols for top organizations in multiple industries. These industries include Financial Services, Staffing, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Government. As Senior Account Executive, Michael is looking forward to sharing his expertise, building new relationships, and helping CRAs and financial institutions understand the power of the Vital4 suite of KYC/ AML and Background Screening Tools.
