Vital4 gives compliance teams sanctions, PEP and adverse media data collected directly from primary sources in 240+ countries, with critical lists updated in under a minute once a source publishes.
In about 15 minutes we’ll show you how it works and answer your questions. Tell us what you’re screening for in the form and we’ll focus the conversation on your use case.
Every team screens differently, so we tailor the demo to yours. Depending on your needs, we can walk you through:
Not sure which of these applies? Say so in the form and we’ll help you work it out.
If you want proof before a conversation, we offer a proof of concept to any organization that wants to confirm Vital4’s data can be trusted. Run names you already know and compare the results with your current AML screening tools. Mention it in the message box above, or ask during your demo.
Look past the interface and ask about the data. Where does it come from: primary government, regulatory and news sources, or a third-party aggregator? How quickly do sanctions lists update once a source publishes a change? Can each result be traced back to its source for an audit? Then look at how the tool handles false positives, which lists and countries it covers, and whether it supports ongoing monitoring and audit-ready reports, not just a one-time search.
Bring the compliance or AML officer who will own the results, plus whoever decides how the tool connects to your systems, such as an IT or integration lead. If a purchase needs sign-off, include the budget holder or procurement contact so questions about pricing, security and contracts can be answered in the same conversation.
Not necessarily. Providers typically offer more than one way to access screening results. An API sends requests from your own system and returns results into your environment. A web interface lets analysts search, review and document decisions without any development work. Some providers combine the two, returning a summary through the API and sending users to the interface to review results and manage cases. The right choice depends on your volumes, your technical resources and where your analysts already work.
Ask where each data set is collected, how often it refreshes and whether every result links back to the original source. Then test it. Run a sample of names you already know, including some you have previously cleared and some that were flagged, and compare the results against your current tool for coverage, speed and the number of irrelevant matches. A vendor that is confident in its data should be willing to let you do this.
Yes. Vital4 offers a proof of concept to any organization that wants to confirm the data can be trusted before committing. Mention it in the message box on the demo form, or ask for it during your demo, and the team will set it up.
